Snow is beautiful, unfortunately it's quite slippery as well. And I know it is! I broke my patella and therefore I'll be covered in plaster bandage for the next 6 weeks. For this reason at least the next 6 weeks the Photo of the Week will be from the archive.

Ten days ago "Sinterklaas" left the Netherlands, time to buy a Christmas tree, for the kids the fun starts already there, for the parents obviously too.

The last weeks it was quite rainy. For us locals a pain in the ass, but for the tourists as well. Today it wasn't much better. Still you can make some nice photo's with the I Amsterdam Logo. And for me it was a nice opportunity to make photo of those tourists again. I found out that on a rainy day a lot of umbrella's were bought with something "Amsterdam" on it. Obviously most tourists don't bring umbrella's with them.

I found this a nice combination.
